What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.下载安装运行最新版的Oracle SQL Developer
2.试图打开输入法
3.无论采用快捷键方式，还是鼠标点击方式都无法打开任何输入法

期望打开输入法，却打不开

曾经怀疑是快捷键冲突 但用纯鼠标操作打开输入法时 发现操作图标是灰色的 不能点
所以判断不是快捷键冲突
另外 Oracle SQL Developer 的sql文本编辑的右键菜单中也没有输入法选项 不像标准
的输入框都有输入法选项
有可能是Oracle SQL Developer 没有考虑支持输入法或是和ibus不兼容
请帮忙解决
