Windows 下不算，默认的 Windows 主题太难看。
Linux 下的软件有多少使用非系统主题被好评的，早的如 mozilla、firefox 都是改为
了系统主题，
腾讯官方 LinuxQQ 用了自绘主题也不被好评。
ibus 就是个输入法平台啊，
ibus-pinyin、ibus-table 是平台下的输入法，而不是码表。
