New issue 1069 by wangdxcas: no input window, given everything is latest

Package ibus-1.2.0.20090927-1.fc11.i586 already installed and latest
version, BTW, the im-chooser chooses the IBUS and I have installed
ibus-gtk, however, the ibus remain "No input window" and the
shor-cuts, "Ctrl-space", does not work. Can you help me?
