New issue 1078 by pswo10680: ibus-chewing doesn't work well within poedit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a po file with poedit
2. try to input "中文 Zhongq" (use Caps Lock to switch to English mode)
3. use Backspace to delete "q"
4. try to type "wen"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be in English mode to type "wen", but ibus-chewing turned back to
Chinese mode instead.
Please provide any additional information below.
Use Ctrl + F to search for Chinese charatcer, bus ibus-chewing cannot work
at all.
