Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way to actually write out pinyin, using 1-4 to
specify the tones. In scim, there was a mode where I could type "bei3" to
produce "běi". In ibus, so far I only found the "compose" input method,
which is more general, but shows lots of unnecessary diacritics, is not
syllable-based, and does not reflect the proper tone numbers. Is there some
way to do this in ibus?
