What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press a cursor key
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the caret to move in the text editor.
Application focus moves to other controls in the application instead.
Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like Tab key is also affected.
If input method is disabled (per text editor instance in the application)
the regular behaviour is observed.
