New issue 1140 by auguste: NO_SNOOPER_APPS in configure does not match

NO_SNOOPER_APPS defined by configure matches ".*chrome". It should match
chromium and chromium-browser as well.
Of course we can define IBUS_NO_SNOOPER_APPS in our ~/.profile. However,
since stopping key snooper inside chrome/chromium is an official feature,
only matching chrome but not matching chromium or chromium-browser should
be a bug.
