New issue 1150 by aligox: [NewFeatures]自定义列表限制部分程序使用

例如vim开启AutoComplPop之后再使用update_preedit_text就会出现中文无法输入的情
况
但是大部分程序下都是正常的
现在ibus只有一个全局打开或者关闭的选项
是否可以增加一个列表，来自定义对指定程序关闭update_preedit_text的功能
