New issue 1172 by gostrc: [ibus-chewing] move elf file to standard
directory.

When I install ibus-chewing, everything installs correctly, but
/usr/libexec/ibus-engine-chewing is created and it's not a standard
location for an elf file. Please consider other standard locations. Thanks.
