Traditional Chinese CangJie input method

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Traditional Chinese CangJie input method in a text box
2. Input tct, and notice that candidate window is visible with three
candidates: 1.业 2.共 3.菳
3. Press 2, and notice that "tct2" is committed rather than "共"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Candidate window should disappear after inputting tct, which is actually an
illegal sequence. The current behavior may confuse the user.
