New issue 1215 by [email protected]: Add async APIs for
org.freedesktop.IBus.InputContext.IsEnabled and .GetEngine

Currently, ibusinputcontext.c only provides synchronous API for IsEnabled
and GetEngine.
It might be better to provide async versions as well to be consistent with
other APIs?
