It is because the home/shakhand/.cache/ibus/pinyin/user-1.3.db has been opened by another ibus-pinyin engine (I guess you also enable ibus pinyin in ibus-setup). You could remove pinyin engine in ibus-setup, or just simply ignore it. This message is just a warning.
