I have created a new layout for Phonetic Hindi Keyboard.

With this keyboard, it will be easy to type in Hindi. I have used
hi-phonetic.mim file to construct it.
Please add this file so that Indian user will get 2 phonetic method to type.
Note: This file should not be treated as new version of hi-phonetic.mim ,
both files hi-phonetic.mim hi-soni-phonetic.mim should be delivered to
users.
