编译 ibus 的 --disable-python 开关如果使用的话会禁用 pygtk ui、pygtk setup
和 python-binding，但是我希望编译 python-bindings 而不编译 pygtk ui 和
pygtk setup，这样方便解脱 gtk 依赖关系。
比如分为 --disable-python-binding 和 --disable-pygtk-ui 和
--disable-pygtk-setup 之类的
