What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The Tibetan stacked letters do not work
2. typing for example d a d does not stack the letters
3. typing shift+r t does not result in rta stack
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stacked Tibetan letters. Tibetan letters next to each other.
