When I use a multiple layouts, I need a per-engine hotkey support. So, I
add such mechanism into Your code. It works like engine-specific hotkeys,
but configurable by user (gconf & setup menu).
Also, fixed small bug for engine-specific hotkey, when a hotkey is catched
and filtered as associated for current engine, but input context is
disabled, it enables an input context.
So, I attach the patch file.
