qt version (if bug is about qt applications):any
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Show Language Panel" as "When active"
2. Enable/Toggle input method, “Language Panel" wouldn't never show up.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Language Panel" should appare when input method(s) is(are) activated.
Please provide any additional information below.
"Never" & "Always" both work.
