I think this is fixed in ibus-1.4.0-4.fc16 or later.
# yum install --enablerepo=updates-testing ibus
I noticed we need to stop/start ibus instead of restarting ibus after
enable "Use trigger keys to enable or disable an input method".
You also need to disable the global input method feature with ibus-setup.
I will work on disabled "Use trigger keys to enable or disable an input
method".
