What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 繁体状态输入 xia 只能得到“��”而不能得到“��”，此二字颇为相似，且 AR PL
UMing 有错，需 AR PL UKai 或 WenQuanYi Zen Hei 才可分辨。望修正！
2. 繁体状态无法输入单双引号，实出逗号或分号。
