Maybe the root of the problem is related to Issue 991, and they have
similar workarounds, but the phenomenons are different.
If I start gvim with ibus 1.4.0, and then press "i", there is a long delay
before I get into the insert mode. At the same time I get into the insert
mode, there is something on the console:
(gvim:11190): IBUS-WARNING **: Process Key Event failed: 已到超时限制.
(gvim:11190): IBUS-WARNING **: Process Key Event failed: 已到超时限制.
(gvim:11190): IBUS-WARNING **: Process Key Event failed: 已到超时限制.

Then there is no delay afterwards. But I cannot switch input methods, as
Ctrl-Space just input spaces....
