New issue 1408 by [email protected]: The input, Anthy, cannot be opened

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed kasumi
$ sudo apt-get install kasumi
2.Then used anthy-dic-tool to import a lot of new word into the dictionary
$ anthy-dic-tool --utf8 --load jp-dic.txt
However, there were some words like the following one which is not read
as an Japanese word. Due to the reason, when I opened "kasumi", it shows an
error message. Even if kasumi cannot be opened, I still can use Anthy input
to type.

These are what I did yesterday. Then today I opened my computer, Anthy
cannot be opened. Since my ibus has icon on 指示器面板程式, I can click it
to change the input method. However, when I click Anthy, it will change to
another method. Also, shortcuts cannot work.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please provide any additional information below.
Since today Anthy cannot be used. I have tried to remove the dictionary
words in the step 2.
$ anthy-dic-tool --utf8 --load "another file"
Then the error in the step 2 is fixed. However, Anthy still cannot work.
Even if I uninstall kasumi or restart the computer, the issue is still not
solved.
