Read comments 3 and 5 again.

Without the signal like "engine-changed", ibus-mode cannot:
 - switch keymap to avoid extra IPC and the other various instability.
 - indicate which engine is currently used, within Emacs' frame.

Without the methods to switch IM <-> xkb, ibus-mode cannot provide the alternative way for users who want to unset key binding of Ctrl+SPC only on Emacs.
