appear in reversed order (e.g 'drä' instead of 'där') when using ibus
together with urxvt.

- key sequence US-keyboard: "det haer aer svensk text"
- expected output: "det här är svensk text"
I will try out the md17n-edit use case when I have physical access to the
system again and return with more input.
