Not an expert, but I think 'image-missing' is the standard icon name[1]
ibus 1.4 uses pygtk2 and it uses 'gtk-missing-image'. Probably I guess it
for the back compatibility. So I think we need to use 'gtk-missing-image'
for ibus 1.4.
I think the problem is fixed in ibus 1.5 while it uses pygobject3 instead.
