Hi. I don't understand Russian. But I guess Russian inputting is also provided by ibus-m17n. And ibus-m17n should be the recommended one. I can reproduce your problem using key sequences given by you. But I'd honestly remind you that some options may not be respected. The human-readable table format is derived from SCIM. And the main focus of ibus-table is stroke-based Chinese input methods.
