I guess ibus-table-chinese switched from Autotools to CMake.
You may check the following git repo:
https://github.com/kaio/ibus-table-chinese
The CMake version seems not to be very portable either.
I guess you can comment under Issue 1405 for the CMake version.
I'd close your issue as Fixed.
