We do lack an easy way to construct user defined phrase.
Please continue discussion in Issue 1165 if you are still interested in
this issue.
Ziranma is patented so we cannot distribute and support it.

Ubuntu's official repository also removed "ibus-table-ziranma" package in
12.04

So I'd close your issue as Invalid.
You may recreate Ziranma table yourself from the free (as in beer) Windows
version of Ziranma.

In general, if you have table foo.txt which uses icon bar.png.
ibus-table-createdb -s foo.txt
sudo mv foo.db /usr/share/ibus-table/tables/
sudo cp bar.png /usr/share/ibus-table/icons/
