I really don't quite understand what you are talking about, "previous
engine" etc.
The dialog for setting "next input method" hotkey, which should pop up when
I click the appropriate "..." button, just doesn't show. The "..."
dot-buttons for "Enable or disable", "Enable", "Disable" hotkeys do work,
and shows a dialog.
