New issue 1552 by [email protected]: changes to ibus-pinyin settings do
not get acknowledged.

Additionally, the settings displayed when the settings window is first
opened are wrong. It says it's on full pinyin, but it is really on double
pinyin. There are others using Archlinux with the same problem. The
Archlinux bug is here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32538.

0. Add the ibus-pinyin input method.
1. Change the ibus-pinyin settings.
2. Save the settings.
3. Re-examine the settings.
What is the expected output?
The settings have changed.

The settings have not changed.
