Yes, we keep the "use system layout" option in ibus 1.5 at the moment for
this purpose but it's not implemented and I'm not sure if it's really
needed because if you add French layout using 'ibus-setup' command, you
will be able to set fr layout.
And currently I think it's good if ibus-pinyin also could provide the
layout customization.
Probably we can implement the feature of "use system layout" later.
