Your installation looks wrong.
If you don't understand the installation, you could install the distro
package instead of building it by yourself.
We also provide the Ubuntu packages for old versions:

Did you install /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/_anthy.so ?
Also check ldd _anthy.so.
