New issue 1611 by [email protected]: Can not compile ibus1.5.1 in
Lubuntu 13.04

Architecture (i386, x86_64):x86_64
IBus version:1.5.1
Python version:2.7.3-13ubuntu1
dbus version:1.6.8-1ubuntu6
dbus-python version:1.1.1-1ubuntu3 (appear as "python-dbus")
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I downloaded ibus-1.5.1.tar.gz from this site and extracted.
2.Ran a terminal as root, shifted to the archive which ibus-1.5.1 was
extracted.
3.# ./configure --prefix=/usr
4.# make check
then it complained that 8 of 11 tests failed
and asked me to report to here.
Please provide any additional information below.
