OK, I confirmed vala 0.20.1 fixed this problem.

But I don't get any SEGV with vala 0.20.0 in Fedora 19 and vala 0.20.1
causes a build warning.

Maybe vala 0.20.0 does not have to be fixed but gtk3 could fix it.
