Your ibus is too old in upstream but that rpm is supported by Red Hat.
Please file a bug in http://bugzilla.redhat.com/ next time.
This problem happens when I uninstall OpenJdk.
I don't understand your problem and OpenJdk does not effect ibus.
So did you try to run ibus-daemon by manual?
Do you use root account?
% pkill ibus-daemon
% ps -ef | ibus-daemon
% ibus-daemon --xim --verbose
% id
% ls -ld $HOME/.config/ibus/bus
