Tor Browser 2.3.25-X does not accept keyboard input under Ubuntu 13.10
while ibus is running.
The issue is described here:

- This issue does not occur with Ubuntu 13.04.
- For some users, the 32 bit version of the browser works fine. However, I
was able to reproduce the issue with the 32 bit version as well.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run Ubuntu 13.10
2) Run ibus
3) Download and install the Tor Browser

4) Run Tor Browser and try to type while ibus is running
