Comment #8 on issue 1578 by CasperVector: ibus popup menu does not *seem*
to respect xinerama

This problem can be easily reproduced by opening a terminal and
deliberately positioning its top-left corner (see the attachments).
One way to solve this is to set the window gravity (in horizontal and
vertical directions) of the lookup table, such that no part of the window
is beyond the screen, or fall back to top (left) if neither top/bottom
(left/right) can fulfil the requirement.
