What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS (Linux distributions, UNIX or ...): Ubuntu 13.10, gnome shell 3.10.2.1
Architecture (i386, x86_64): x86_64
IBus version: 1.5.3
Input method name and version: sunpinyin/intelligent pinyin/googlepinyin
Python version: both 2.7.5+ and 3.3.2+ installed
dbus version: 1.0
dbus-python version:
gtk version (if bug is about gtk applications):
qt version (if bug is about qt applications):
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure how to reproduce
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when switch to sunpinyin(or google pinyin, or intelligent pinyin), and
type, Chinese characters should be displayed. Now, the output is still
English characters.
Please provide any additional information below.
The input method can be switched successfully, and the ibus engine is
successfully switched to the expected engine, but the output when typing is
still English.
However, when I swith ibus engine to other engines (e.g, xkb:ru::rus), the
russian is displayed.
