New issue 1695 by [email protected]: A "set-capabilities" should follow
every "focus-in" if sharing input method

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS (Linux distributions, UNIX or ...): Ubuntu 14.04
IBus version: 1.5.5
## What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set IBus to "Share the same input method among all applications"
2. Open gnome terminal
3. Open gedit
## What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since we are using the same engine object for all applications, each focus
switch should be considered a full context switch, including input context
capabilities. I expect a set-capabilities signal after each focus-in signal
but I don't see any.
