Editing things in %_datadir is ineffective, as the changes get overwritten
by updates. Making a distro patch requires a test case, which is
ineffective too because your test cases fail 2/12. So I am stuck.
Note that you actually do support xkb:pl:dvorak:pol, and I can see no
reason for supporting the one and not the other.
