I use the QWERTZ variant each time I type running text because it is much
quicker as all small letters are directly available. This layout, invented
by Microsoft out of thin air, is not the best QWERTZ layout for Polish and
it does not follow the mechanical typewriter but it is workable and bundled
with Xkb (who really should have known better but I guess it is too late
now).
