With ibus-1.8.3, you can now type halfwidth and fullwidth question marks
even if '?' is configured as a wildcard character. The wildcard characters
are configurable in the setup tool now. I.e. one can also use 'z' as
wildcard character instead of '?' if one likes. By default, for Wubi the
wildcard characters are currently empty, which means no wildcards.
After changing the wildcard characters in the setup tool, one has to restart
ibus (that is a small bug which I will fix soon).
