Hmm.., that's strange. I'd like to ask you to confirm Eisuu and Kana with
xev.
I have not used Machintosh since five years and I forget the keysyms on Mac
so I will apply Hangul* as you suggested.

I mean Execute and Hiragana are not defined in Linux but in non-Linux.
And probably I don't think it's a good idea to integrate thumb-shift
keyboard in jp109 keyboards. I guess some of thumb-shift keysyms are not
defined at present.
I may think it's better to have other keymaps likes layout jp and variant
thumb-shift-?? and IBusKeymap jp-thumb-??.
Your updated patch looks good.
Personally I think it's better for all engines to use XKB directly instead
of IBusKeymap because the ibus keymap files are not latest against XKB.
