Skype 64bit 同样无法输入中文（可以ctrl+space切换输入法，但是没有效果，打出来
都是英文）
不过 Skype 32bit 没这个问题。比较奇怪，不知是否和此 GTK issue 有关。
分别在 Ubuntu 14.04 的 64bit 和 32bit 下测试
