I'm surprised it's still acceptable to install languages without
en_US.UTF-8.
en_US.UTF-8 is used to search the ibus engine descriptions with English
nanmes besides the current language names.
Probably need to disable the search option with English when en_US.UTF-8 is
not installed.
I'm thinking C locale is not English.
