ibus runs 'xmodmap $HOME/.xmodmaprc' after switch the engines and reset the
current xmodmap:
https://github.com/ibus/ibus/blob/master/ui/gtk3/xkblayout.vala#L31
You need to save the current xmodmap in .xmodmaprc.
