New issue 1757 by [email protected]: IBus used 100% CPU when system gets
very busy when konsole is running

I observe this on kde4 konsole. When the system gets busy, ibus-daemon gets
to the state with high CPU consumption, and keyboard input into konsole
gets all messed up (terminal misses some keystrokes). Closing konsole fixes
the problem.
This has been happening for a long while, and now I see it on FreeBSD 10.1
with ibus-1.5.5 built from ports.
