Oh dammit, im so stupid...
I loked over my whole system if KIM-Panel is installed and i was sure there
is no such package installed or something like that.
I havent noticed that kimpanel is getting delivered with the
kdeplasma-addons package.
I have enabled ibus system in my whole system, so it got also enabled in
kdeplasma-addons. But the ibus support in kdeplasma-addons actually
installs kimpanel...
