Yes. From ibus 1.5.10, the xkb:ara::ara keymap file, line saying:
key <AB05> { [ 0x100fefb, 0x100fef5 ] };
means that that button still prints one and only one character for that
button (just used for visualization of characters which has different forms
according to its context). Issue can be fixed by printing
standalone "Arabic_lam" and "Arabic_alef" characters next to each other.
Same applies for lam-alef-md (ﻵ) and lam-hamza (ﻷ).
