Along this line, I have a question about the keel bolts. I have not heard of anyone having a problem (keel falling off, for instance) but as Mark said, they are ugly. I do have water leaking through one spot on the keel (externally) through what appears to be a small crack, I assume this water comes from the bilge. How important is it to sister the keel bolts and what does that involve? My boat is a 1977.
