My 1975 uses the foot pump to pull water directly into the sink from beautiful
Lake St. Clair, Erie, etc. I am pretty sure that this is original equipment. We
use it just for clean up.

The electric pump pulls from the fresh water tank which we leave empty. We
bring on bottled water and other refreshments

A few assumptions/ questions I want to confirm on my 1979 C27.

1. My galley sink has a switch by it and a foot pump down below:

I found what looks like a electric pump near the fresh water tank. Was this
something from the factory - or does it look like someone bypasses the foot
pump and put in an electric water pump ? I have not tested anything yet - nor
tore into it.

2. I didn't find any evidence of a holding tank to sea valve. I assume these
are all self contained.

3. In replacing gate valves I found three a. motor fresh water intake b. below
the sink/cooler c. fresh water intake for the head. I assume no other hidden
plumbing ?

Thanks,

Derek.-
